We need a bit more information from you to solve the issue.
Have you tried installing the vManager, and does this work?
Please try the vManager for windows 7+8, and let me know if that works or gives a black screen as well.
Next thing you could try, is moving the folder where CueluxPro saves configurations. It's located in your user folder, in the Visual Productions folder.
