Title: How to make an old duple (with no dmx inp) work on 64bit with canvix

Hi there,

I have an 64bit laptop with canvix installed on it..
The new Duple (with dmx inp) works absolutly fine but when i try to install an old Duple (with no dmx inp) it does not work..
Does anybody know the solution to this problem??

hi Henry,

The older "DMX Output" unit has no 64-bit drivers. The newer units like the Duple, Elite MKII, Frontier, etc have drivers for both 32- and 64-bit.

If you like, I can make you an upgrade-offer to change your older unit into a new Duple? Please send me an email via support at visual productions dot nl.
