Hello (NEED FAST RESPOND)

i got problem with installing duple drivers on 64bit win7.. i opened CMD... typed addres.. it installed drivers.. plugged duple in.. but it appears only as unknown device ... any suggestions?

Hello,

On our FTP (ftp://haarlem.visualproductions.nl/releases) we have a recent updated driver for 64 bit windows (7 & 8 ).
In normal installation the x64 driver is zipped, make sure you didn't install the win32 driver accidentally.

If you're still having problems then try it on another (32bit) system. This gives some information about whats actually causing the problem (hardware or driver)

Hi,

made this show with 2 computers.. vdmx and canvix.. used 10x3 led matrix..(90 pixels).. as i noticed.. using duple with canvix.. makes somekind laggy spikes in it.. like dmx signal gets lost for couple milliseconds and also makes whole thing lagg even computer.. tested on both.. 32bit and 64bit windows..

it ould be my duple problem. cause with artnet this problem didn't showed up...
