Title: conventional Dimmer
Post by: Frankyferengi on May 03, 2015, 04:29:57 PM
Hey people,
how I get a usual dimmer with more than one canal.
The devices of the manufacturers are not deposited, zB Botex, Zero88 or MA.
Under Generic i also found nothing that useful. How is this solved?

Thanx, Frank

hi Frank,

In Cuety there are no sub-fixtures like there are in Cuelux(Pro). If you need to control e.g. a 6-channel dimmer then you need to patch 6 times a single-channel dimmer fixture.

cheers,
Maarten

Hey Maarten,
That is not good news. So it is extremely complex to program a chase.
Technically, it was supposed to be to resolve ?!
An LED lamp uses but also multiple channels and occupies only one component location.
Perhaps it is possible to integrate in a future version ?!

Thanx, Frank

hi Frank,

Cuety will not support sub-fixtures as it's done in Cuelux.
I don't understand how this would make programming a chase more difficult  :)

I would like to suggest that you use the Intensity FX for quickly creating a chase. I would use some 'Phase'.

ciao,
Maarten

I understand and thanks for the tip.
The Intensity FX makes really nice effects. I have a question in addition.
It is to be programmed to me not successfully with it synchronous Chase, from the outside inwards or reverse.
ZB. with 2x 4 lamps and Ramp FX.
However, basically it goes them diverge with.
Do you have a Workaround?

Thanx, Frank
