Post by: comviqu on January 06, 2016, 05:48:30 PM
Hello,

may you have some samples and more informations how to use actions in culux pro.
Especially together with MidiconPro.
I am beginner to culux pro and manual makes it not really clear for me.

Thank you

Hello

If I understand correctly you are based in Germany.

On the forum it is easier for us to help if there is a specific "how do I do this" type question.  It seems to me that you would learn better and quicker if you have contact with someone directly.  Either you could ask the company from where you purchased the CueCore / CueluxPro in Germany for technical training / support, or you can have contact with our German Distributor, LMP.

I will ask one of the technical support guys there to contact you directly.

Thank you for choosing CueluxPro and hope you are enjoying working with it soon!

Greetings Zoe

Hi,

how can I rename the fader I put on an action for the faderbank?
The fader looks empty in CLP.

Thank you

Hi,
Create a new cue and give it a name like "Speed fx". Assign it on your fader were you added your action.

Ps:
Kannst mir gerne schreiben. Dann können wir uns gegenseitig etwas austauschen. Zusammen schafft man öffters mehr

Yeh im sorry but do have to agree, there is not enough training videos on how to use the features of your flagship software and should be addressed quickly. Customers are not getting answers they are looking for and to pass them back to the distributer dosnt hep as they often dont know either.
So I suggest a training video section to help understand the different elements of cuelux Pro and get customers going with the software instead of pulling their hair out with things not working the way the way it should. :)
