Title: visual dmx frontier driver

Hi all,

have a question about a frontier.
i wasupdating the frontiers firmware by visual dmx.
this get to his 100% but after that my PC wont recognize the frontier.
windows says its an unknown device and the drivers for the device are not installed.
if i get another frontier then it works in no time.

can someone help me out?

hi Arthur,

It sounds like the firmware in your Frontier became corrupted. Unfortunately, this is not something you can fix yourselve. Is possible for you to post your Frontier to us we can restore the firmware for you?
