Title: Connecting VisualTouch

In the top left corner of VisualTouch an icon represents the connection status, a red cross indicates 'no connection'.

In case you have any difficulties connecting VisualTouch to VisualDMX or Canvix, you can follow the steps below:

1. Download the latest versions of the software from our website.
2. make sure VisualTouch and VisualDMX/Canvix are running
3. check that the 'server' feature is enabled in VisualDMX/Canvix (go to Options)
4. In VisualTouch, go to Options and press 'close connection'
5. verify that the IP and Port numbers are identical to the settings in VisualDMX/Canvix (go to Options), you can use 'local host' when both applications are running on the same PC.
6. press 'open connection'

You should now be connected successfully and the connection icon in the top-left corner should not show the red cross.
