Title: Purple Cloud, network specs?

Trying to hook up Purplecloud to my CC3.
Any special port needs to be open on the router? Kinda restricted network but 443 open.

And can we have user/pass to SSH?

Update with interesting test result:

We set up the cloud, on a network that IT admin said was open to the internet.
But neither my Mac nor the CC3 could reach the internet.
CC3 didn´t show up in the cloud, and ID number stayed orange in the CC3 html interface.

Interesting result: After running one playback for a few loops, CC3 froze and needed power cycle to wake up. This happened a few times.
When we turned off Send diagostics and deleted ID number, the freeze problem went away.

Now, idk what the network problem was. Possibly Mac address blocking?

To let the CC3 connect to the purple cloud you only need to open the normal internet port 9000.
The fact that your mac doesn't reach internet, make me guess that the CC3 cannot reach internet either and so cannot connect to the purple cloud.

We are aware about the crash problem you are talking about and it should be fixed in a next release. When the CC3 cannot connect to the cloud it keeps trying until it crashs. So if your CC3 is not connected to internet, deactivate the cloud.

About SSH user and password I am sorry but we cannot share this kind of informations.

Hi again!
My Cloud ID number is still orange in the interface. Is that wrong?
Can´t connect rn.
9000 is open, internet is on like Donkey Kong.
Tried with and without time server.

We currently have a problem with the purple cloud this should be fix soon with the next firmware version.
