Several customers reported mixed experiences with using USB hubs and multiple VisualDMX USB devices on large events.

Although the used hubs were powered hubs, some have failed to work correctly without obvious reasons. Other USB hubs have worked fine.

We would like to warn everybody who is about to use (large numbers of) VisualDMX devices connected via USB hubs; some model hubs can malfunction. Please make sure you test your configuration before applying it on a live show.

It is advised to use PCI cards when needing more USB ports on your computer.

Hi Kyrano

We are referring to our old hardware interfaces that work with the old VisualDMX software.  For example Elite, Duple, Input / Output.

This has nothing to do with the modern range of software or hardware products, CueCore, Cuelux etc.

Thank you!  Greetings Zoe
