I have a issue, I have the Frontier dmx hardware, but for some reason visual dmx software does not connect? always says 0 dmx inputs and 0 dmx outputs?

Please advise, I have checked all the connections...

Also when I connect the hardware via USB, the machine does recognize it, and looks for drivers but is unable to find?

Maching spec: Windoes XP

Thanks

Have you read the VisualDMX manual, especially the chapter about installing the hardware drivers? Sounds like you didn't install the drivers the correct way.

hi Roshan,

Do you have Windows XP 32bit or 64bit?
