Once I have programmed a strobe group and switch the global strobe button it doesnt select a color for the given RGB LEDs. Strobe channel goes full up as well as the dimmer channel does.

I know, as a workaround I could "burn" a (global) playpack button but that would make the global strobe button a nonsense or only useful I I'd have a strobe machine.

May I have to change the fixtures' settings to what entries?

tia,

Henry

(and more questions to come once I will have the Cuelux in hands what I ordered this day)

the srob global button juts put the strob chanel to his maximum value so  there is no reason for your fixture to change color???
So before using the global strob button you first need to select a color for your product.

Yes you can Strobe every color that is running with it. I find that usefull. But i think the max. Strobe Level is always to fast for most Events. In the Moment there is no way to ajust that. So i normaly programm me a own Strobe Button and don't use the global. i only use the Blinder Button... 100% white is ok.

Thx mates for going into my problem.

to be seriously flashing by having to press TWO buttons (color selct AND FLASH)  is senseless, as much as the not changeable flash rate. However, maybe there will be a further update to make a "user flash scene", that would be very handy.

cheers,

Henry

Another way to do this:
- Select your fixtures
- Select a color
- Set the strobe to the wished value
- Record it on a playback fader
- Put the Fader Start on
- Flash (button under the playback fader) the playback.

Now you have your custom "User flash scene"  :)

thx Rick. That will do it, but will "burn" a playback cue.

Yes, it would be nice to be able to customize the 'global cues' in the future.
