@ Ketsid18

We are not actually working on VisualDMX at the present moment; this month we are spending on Cuelux. We need to find time to do this in 2011; but it's going to be hard as the first few months are already allocated.

Good morning,
There has been no change in the planning since you and Maarten last posted.  We will not be working on VisualDMX until earliest end April, I am not sure how high on the list of priorities the 64 bit driver will be for that sprint but I have made a note to keep you informed if we can prioritise this for you then.

Thank you and have a good day,

greetings Zoe

Hello! I use Visualdmx, I downloaded the latest program from your website that works fine but I can not find the Drivers for Controller so they do not recognize my computer and I can not give Dmx signal. Where can I find Drivers for Visualdmx Duple??

Thank you for helping!

Hi

Page 67 of the VisualDXM manual gives you a good explanation of where to find and how to install the drivers!

Download from here: http://www.visualproductions.nl/nocache/downloads/action/open-download/download/visualdmx-manual-english.html

Hope that helps, thank you for using our products.

That is correct....drivers for 32bit only with VisualDMX.

Hope you can find a solution instead of your 64 bit computer!

Hello

Unfortunately you have guessed right.  We are not currently working on the drivers for 64bit VisualDMX.

Next week we are at PLASA in London and maybe after that we will have time to see if this is something that can be addressed or not in the future.

Hope you are enjoying working with your 32 bit VisualDMX!

have a good day, greetings Zoe
