Giotto spot 250-400

Good morning, I send dmx channels giotto spot 400.
In Cuelux are not well allocated channels and missing features, it hangs in some functions for which I beg to review channels are properly allocated.
An example is Channel 20, I find that I can not activate.
giotto reset impossible.
I beg you please review channels.

I have been checking the fixture file, I can see what you mean on Channel 20.
It is not possible to have the different color modes in the same fixture, because of the different DMX value's.

I can make a fixture with different modes, and then it is possible to select a different fixture mode for the colour setting.

Please tell me what you would like.

Hello, I giotto control the same way I do with the lighting desk but can not so I would like the channel 20 and 21 perform the functions as indicated in the document sent to your mail,

I have checked the document that you send me.
But within Cuelux it is not possible to change these colour modes when the patch is made.
I can make you a fixture file so that you can chose the colour setting before patching the fixture.

Sgm major problems, do not properly file you insert, I had to return to the previous one that worked for the Giotto.
The 250 giotto use 22 channels and only appear in your file 19, if I use the file giotto giotto 400 the 250 is not going correctly.
I would like to use the file 250 with giotto giotto 250 and file 40 with giotto giotto 400.

I've put them on the custom faders.
