Hello Monkey
Thank you for your thoughts on our forum.
When starting the forum we considered the easiest, fastest and most accurate way for us to run a forum. Multi languages - if we add German then we need to add French, Spanish etc.- is not something we have the time or language skills internally to deal with.
Our forum is for international customers with the universal language being English. Users do help each other with translations but we always try to insure English is used in the tread so that the content is useful for more than just one member.
The moderation of the forum really needs to be done internally in order to insure up to date information is given when users are unsure of an issue themselves. Thank you for your offer to help, we have a few other members who often help each other with language translations in a forum topic, but in essence the topics stay mainly in English in order that accurate and up-to-date information can be given for everyones benefit.
You are right: sorry, the German language manual is very out of date. We have updated and translated it but need a couple of weeks to finalise the implementation and put it online, please bare with us...
I am sending you by email the details of our German distributor who will happily help you with specific technical questions you have.
In the meantime I hope you are enjoying using Cuelux!
Greetings Zoe
