Hello!

Today I had some problems with Cuelux (Windows).

I controlled only 4 GLP Ypocs. When I positioned the YPocs with dragging PAN/TILT Cuelux sometimes just closed.
Is there anything I can do about that?

Thanks,

Juergen

Hi Juergen,

I'm trying to reproduce your problem.
What exact spot are you using?
How do you drag over the positioning window, left mouse button / right mouse button?

Regards,
Bart

Hi Bart!

I don't have the file with me, but I think it was the GLP Ypoc 250.
When Cuelux crashed I dragged the cross with the left mouse button for a few seconds.

Juergen

hi Juergen,

We have now seen it happen once in the office as well. We have not been able to reproduce it yet while debugging, so we don't know yet exactly where the bug can is hiding. Hopefully we'll track it down soon. We'll let you know when it's fixed...

Hi Mirco,

We are trying to figure out what is causing this crash.
Could you please try if you also have the same issue with other spots?
I've checked the GLP library and could not find any faults.

Bart

Hi Bart!

I've tried the same cues etc. with a Mac250, that worked well. But I didn't have a real lamp connected, just my cuelux cable.

Juergen
