Hi,

I still have the problem, that cuelux (version 1.03.26) crashes when I close it. Is there anything what I can do to analyse it ?

Regards

Axel

Hello,

I have downloaded and installed the 1.03.27, but the problem is the same.

The message is: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support tem for more information".

regards

Axel

Hello,

this seems not to be the problem.

The program ends corectly, if I remove the show file. If the cuelux is started without my current show file, if can be ended without problems.

How can we analyse it further ?

Regards
Axel

This is a known issue. The program sometimes makes a fault when closing down; after saving all the data. So far we haven't been able to find the cause yet. The tricky thing is that it does not happen when we try to trace the bug and put the Cuelux in 'debug mode'. We are still looking for it.

Hello,

I've got the same problem. If I shut down the programm, the screen of Cuelux is sometimes freece. Yes only sometimes, sometimes the programm ends correctly.

I work with Ubuntu 10.10, BCF2000 and Elo Touchscreen.

@imaci1

Thanks for the feedback, I hadn't experienced this issue yet on Ubuntu.

I also have a question for you  :) Do you use the Elo Touchscreen on Ubuntu? (I have not succeeded yet in finding a touchscreen with Ubuntu support)

best regards,
Maarten

The Problem is not the Elo Touchscreen.
Yes I use the Touchscreen on Ubuntu, I found some driver to run the USB Touchscreen on Ubuntu. It works perfekt.

Last Night at the show I saw the Problem.

Cuelux freece, only if Cuelux run in FullScreen Mode.

Now I set the Screen Mode to 1024 x 768 before I shut down cuelux, then it works fine.

It´s very  interrest.

Now I install Ubuntu 10.04 (Netbook Version) with the ELO Touchscreen and the BCF2000 and Cuelux.

And now, I've got no problem with Cuelux. In the Full Screen mode, its no problem to shut down. It works perfect.
