Is it right that changes on cuelux doesn't feedback to the TouchOSC you have provided?

This is correct for now. I am currently testing out a new versions of my layout that will allow feedback between the two programs. It will be released as a free update when it is completed.

So if i understand correct...even if i own an andorid device i can not use your wirelles remote if i have my cuelux program on the PC with Windows XP OS?

You are correct if you currently use Windows for your OS then this will not work for you. I am currently developing a Windows base Midi Profile that will allow for you to use your android device as a wireless midi controller with Windows.
