Stairville MH X 25 wrong fixture

Hey Guys, I got two cheap Movingheads from Stairville, the MHX 25, the fixture is a little wrong, if you pull the dimmer channel to on the Head is off, if the dimmer is off, the head is on. maybe you can change this?
