Hi again guys. i know you're probably sick of me by now but there seems to be a problem with Visual DMX and my Chauvet hurricane hazer. I have the fixture and have used it before but for some bizarre reason it appears to have stopped working ???
it works with a seperate DMX controller but Visual DMX does not seem to control it despite setting the dipswitches as directed etc... Also, i have the upgrade chip in my icolor4 which says that it can mix the colors in a spectrum. however, when i attempt to bring up a colour, the other lamps go off before it does anything. I believe it is supposed to act like a dimmer pack now but to no avail. am i doing something wrong?

Regards

Hi,

one recommendation.. don't use hazer in light universe.. better set it on manual use or just dim it to normal
it's all because of hazer and smoke machine problems.. they send out somekind random signal which may
give bad response to the other lights and whole universe goes crazy.. or smokemachine stops functioning via DMX
and stay on 100% and whole room is full of smoke..

Sorry for bad english its new year eve... and you know...:)
