Due to some changes in the past it might not be possible to update your device to the latest firmware directly. If you have a device with older firmware please follow these steps:

CueCore v1.19 and older:
Remove the "<USERFOLDER>\Visual Productions\Cuety\Firmware" directory if it exists and download Cuety v1.2.0 (cuety10200) from ftp://haarlem.visualproductions.nl/releases to update your CueCore to v1.20. Next step is to update to v1.46 as explained below

CueCore v1.45 and older:
Download the latest version of vManager from our website and update the CueCore to v1.46 first. After this you can perform another update to the latest version.

IoCore v1.10 and older:
Download the latest version of vManager from our website and update the IoCore to v1.11 first. After this you can perform another update to the latest version.

NOTE: After upgrading from old firmware you must perform a return to Factory Defaults

Hello,

I can't find the Ubuntu version of Cuety v1.2 at the moment. Please try to upgrade using a Windows system.
