Seems to work fine here, are you sure you've selected the sub fixtures for 16Ch mode ?

Hello,

If you choose the 16 or 7 ch. mode all faders and knobs are grey and couldn´t be used
only @6 ch. mode the faders are working

thanks

Hi Dennis,
thanks for that fixture. But Lightmaxx did an update there is now a 19 channel mode
1: Fix colours and programs
2: Master-Dimmer or Speed (if in Program-Mode)
3: Strobe
4-19: rgbw for each light
Could be cool if you can update the fixture.
Thanks, Gerd

Done, download again

the 16 ch. mode works but if you use the faders nothing happens
The file seems to match the information found in the manual.
In 16ch mode each channel controls a colour so you should see light output as there's no dimmer channel.
You can use the DMX monitor to compare.

Hi Dennis,
thanks for the update. I can choose the 19 channel mode but it works in the same way like the 16 channel mode. In the record section I find master dimmer, strobe and colour mix RGBW. But where can I choose channel one (pre installed programs and fixed colours)?
Thanks, Gerd

Those functions are part of the "main" fixture.
Make sure you select the correct part you want to control.

I can't use the 19 channel mode in Cuety. In the personality files the 7 channel is the highest number. Can you fix it?

i will have a look quickly to this problem and let you know why you cannot see any other mode.
Please note that cuety do not manage subfixture fixtures so you won't be able to use completely the 16 and 19 chanels mode.

To use the 16-channel mode please patch four 'Generic - RGBW' fixtures and make sure they have consecutive starting addresses.
