I am sorry I cannot really help you with Touch OSC, but just to let you know, we have the KIOSC app, that is the same concept than TouchOSC, and with this one I will be able to help you!

Would Kiosc be able to work with cuelux and specifically the old cue cable? The softwear only mentions controlling the cuecores and cuelux pro.
I currently don't plan to invest in new hardwear.

Kiosc can do the same thing than Touch OSC. It sends OSC, UDP or TCP messages.
By design Cuelux is not designed to be controlled via network messages, only MIDI message can control Cuelux.
So if you use KIOSC, just like for TouchOSC you will have to create yourself a "bridge" between OSC and MIDI.

Cuelux Pro is different as you can control it directly via network messages.
