Haven't had much time to keep up recently so don't know if this has been addressed. But.

On the Mac there is only two of the screen options that are really any use.

The 1920 x 1080 suits our monitor but does not display correctly.

Same for the 1280 x 1024, and these are two very popular screen sizes.

Full screen is totally hopeless.

Having to use it on 1600 x 900 just now.

I can send screen dumps if required.

Hello,

No change has been made for this yet.
On my (Linux) system the 1920x1080 looks ok, can you send a screendump to: support <at> visualproductions <dot> nl

Hi Dennis,

4 pics emailed.

At 1600 the text and icons are very small on our 27" screen.

Full screen would be handy but if you look at the gobo icons at the bottom, they are larger in full-screen, means you can't see they all even though there is more room.  A few other distortions as well.

I am changing over to the Emulation version now as we are an American DJ dealer and the hardware is much cheaper for us to buy from them, will tis affect the support or would I have to go through their support?

Got the files. Yes, something is going wrong for sure.
Does it also draw this way then you restart the program after changing resolution?

About your other question:
Yes, support goes through the dealer/distribution network. This is the arrangement we have with our OEM's & VP distributors. So support for Elation/ADJ/Acclaim products is not given directly by us.

Yes, tried different resolutions and restarting to see.

Have also noticed that after editing a cue, it put in a 'parked' attribute.  Which it will not let me delete (screen dump emailed).
