Hello, Unfortunately, the Programmer, under Windows 7 Home, will not function correctly . I tested him on two different PC. The surface can be loaded but I can not load any devices in the patch. The language can not switching . What else can I try ?

In order to add fixtures to your patch or to edit cues you must be connected to a LPU-1 hardware. The Cuety App is just the user-interface of the system. The LPU-1 is the real 'brains' that holds the data and takes care of calculating fade times, FX shapes and DMX frames. This way you can disconnect your iPad and your show will still continue; it runs inside the LPU!

I'm not sure if I understand this correctly?
The simulator can work only with the connected hardware?

The simulators are exactly the same softwares as the App. It just allows you to run Cuety on your desktop while we are waiting for the real App to become available in the App Store.

Yes, a LPU hardware needs to be connected to be able to start patching and programming.
