My new Cuety don't work good....
The Cuety app can't see the LPU more.....

Is there an option to reset all in the LPU-1? Some button combination or something?

Hi Rob

Can you first please make sure you are using the latest firmware in the LPU?  Please go to our websites download page and on your desktop system download the vManager v. 1.3.90.

Connect the LPU with your computer (can use the black ethernet cable supplied!) and check if it is running the 1.01 firmware.  If not then please update the system.

If you still have problems with the Cuety app not seeing the LPU-1 then please check your network settings.

Good luck and let us know how you get on!

Greetings Zoe

The LPU device has a small button that you can press by using a pencil or something similar. If you press it once then you switch between DHCP (red LED) and static IP (white LED). When you press for long (>3s) you will reset the IP address and force it the default static IP address 192.168.1.10. This reset button only changes the IP settings, it will not erase your patch or playbacks.

You can completely erase the memory in the LPU (patch and playbacks) by performing a 'factory default' in the vManager software tool. In this case the IP settings will not change.

vManager ziet de Quety ook niet.....
Geprobeerd met verschillende pc's, verschillende patchkabels..... Niks Noppes Nada!!!

hi Rob,

Do you see a pulsating 'heartbeat' on the LED?
Does the LED change to red when you shortly press the reset button?

Hello Manu,

(Just to make this conversation more general I'll continue in English if this is okee with you). You say that the red LED is fixed, does this mean that the intensity of the LED is not changing? (It should pulse continuously) If you short press the button, does the LED turn white? Also, you say that after some point the connection disappeared, did this happen just after you performed some action like opening a show file or emptying a large patch? Did you try to unplug and plug the power cable of the LPU box?
Hope I can help find a solution,
Best regards,

Jurrien

No problem about the english,

The led stays constant without pulastion and does not turn white after pressing the button, nothing changes, I did try to power up and down but this doesn't change anything, the led stays constant bright red withoud any changes of intensity after power down. It might have happened after I opened a show, but notice that I only used it for like one hour so I didn't yet program anything big.

Thanks for your response!
