Hi,

sorry for the Google English.

When setting for an event which has led to the LPU-2 suddenly started to glow a steady red and the device was then no longer reachable on the network. Have the tested also in other networks. What can I do, that the device works again? Need it on 28.08. for a party.

Thanks in advance,
Muckl

hi Mucki,

Which firmware version were you running on your LPU-2?

I can not say unfortunately, because the device is not working.
But on 27.06. certainly had the then current version. This should be installed.

Just to double-check: Do you have a 'heart-beat' on the LED? Or is it static?

Unfortunately, in that case you would need to return the unit. We would need to perform a low-level software re-program.

Please contact your dealer or send us an email to support # visualproductions # nl

This situation could in firmware v1.03 or lower. Firmware v1.04 has a fix for this.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
