Ive owned a Cuety for about a month and i've tried and tried to master the unit.

Im a previous owner of VisualDMX and found this to be great for what i needed plus easy to work.

are there no tutorials online?

Hello Mark,

It might be a good idea to give the dealer a ring, he might be capable to walk you through the general concepts of Cuety. Please don't get me wrong though, if you have any specific questions, please do ask them here and we will be happy to help. But I am afraid that you needs to give us a little more if you want answers at the forum.
Good luck, and please let us know if you have any specific questions.
Best regards,

Jurrien

Thank you for responding... i'm not sure Thomanns will have a tech department to assist me...

I'll more than likely just return it as i need something that easy to use plus with presets like visualdmx elite had.

many thanks

I can't get mine to work either...
Maybe it is a good idea to provide some cuety programming guidelines: a step-by-step, some youtube movies with some examples,...

Hi
Tutorials are in the planning but sorry we don't have a release schedule yet.  The online manual is, I believe, a very useful starting tool and it is available in various languages with more on the way.

You can download it from here:  http://www.visualproductions.nl/downloads.html

If you have a particular questions then it may be useful to ask it on this forum as then users or us at VP should be able to answer you.

Thank you and hope you get to light your lights soon!

Greetings Zoe
