Cuety not work on the iPad pro. After starting a few seconds, the "LPU-1" is displayed, without hardware and firmware numbers. Then the connection is terminated, other iPads,  air and mini, work without problems a few hours, then they also lose the connection. Then only helps cuety unplug it and start new, also the app. (firmware 1.07)

Hello @Dave,

We haven't tasted the Cuety with an iPad Pro yet, but based on what we know there shouldn't be a compatibility problem. I would like to ask you a few questions so I can see how to help you.

- Have you noticed any differences between the iPad Air and the iPad Pro in terms of functionality?
- Which country are you from?
- Did you try DHCP?

Hallo Michael
Differences in functionality I have not noticed. In the "Settings" (iPad pro) are not shown some texts correctly.
I'm from Germany. DHCP I have not tried it yet.

Hello @Dave,

If you have a DHCP sever you could try that.

Now the text is not displayed correctly because we haven't configured Cuety for the screen resolution of the iPad Pro.

Hello Michael,
You misunderstood me! On the iPad pro the text is partially not show up correctly in "Settings".
Cuety is displayed correctly and even finally to read halfway without magnifying glass, because on the 10 inch iPad are the fonts too small and too dark!
Even with DHCP is no connection possible to cuety!

Hello @Dave,

I am sorry for the delay. We will try to add support for the iPad Pro on our next release. Now for the iPad Air and the connectivity loss issue, we have a firmware update coming out soon that might solve your issue.
