American DJ Kaos Personality file doesn't produce any light

Hello,

I have tried the ADJ Koas personality file but the colour options do not work and the fixture doesn't produce any light through this personality file.

Also, it is a 41 channel fixture, 6 channels seems a little on the low side. This is a great fixture, please could you do a better personality file. Thank you :-)

Can you please tell me witch software you are using to control this fixture ( cuety or cuelux/pro)?
You say that there is not light output, can you please tell me witch mode you are using?

Hi Julien,
I am using Cuety, all up-to-date versions and software etc.
I tried it in 6 channel mode. This is a 41 channel fixture, I've used the 23 channel mode, which, works great with my Chauvet SHowXpress 512. The 41 ch mode is too complicated.
