My cuety don't give a output signal to my dmx lights.
The lights and cables are tested with a other controller and works fine.
I have use the fixture file from showtec compact par 7 tri and Generic rgb but there is no reaction from the lights.
The led on Cuety is a white heartbeat. I use firmware 1.13 and v1.07 software

Hello @Rick

Can you see and select the LPU on the options page?

Greetings Michael.

Hi Micheal,

Yes, I can.

After 3 times restart the software and Cuety it works.
An other problem with the software: sometimes the software give no reaction on my commants. When I remove a Cue, it don't remove and I can't play a other cue. It looks like the software crash but the options en patch buttoms works fine.

Hello @Rick,

It sounds like a network issue. If the connection between the Programmer and the LPU is not that good, then those issues might occur. Are you using a desktop version of the Programmer or the iPad?

Hello @Rick,

I am going to need a bit more details to understand the problem.

Can you tell me how often the you get disconnected?

Have you tried the Remote ? And if so do you have the same connections problems?

Lastly, is the led on a red heartbeat mode?

Greetings Michael.
