The Neo-Neon LED Panel 50x50cm uses a different DMX-channel layout then other LED-products.
The first channel of the universe in which the LED Panels are being used, configures the number of channels used by all the LED Panels, independent of the start-address of the panels.
To use the Neo-Neon LED Panels with VisualDMX, you have to add the "Initialiser"-fixture in VisualDMX, which can be found at "Neo-Neon" in the personality list. The "Initialiser"-fixture has to be added at address 1 of each universe containing Neo-Neon LED Panels. Having done this, you can add the actual LED Panels as usual.
This virtual fixture sets channel 1 of the universe at value 255, configuring the LED Panels at 12-channel mode.
This also applies to the Showtec Deco-tile Pro.
