FX Issue

I am having an issue. I have saved a bunch of static cue on some RGBW fixtures they work no problem. Then I tried saving some cues using the FX engine, record it no problem. i can run it then release on the Ipad but when I run a static then release and try an run the fx it doesn't run anymore. When I go into edit it is running fine. I am stumped.
