Hi there. I just received my Cuety in the post today. I am new to DMX and I'm struggling with the builder.
Could I get a Personality file for the following please.

Cameo Flat Pro Spotix 7. Model CLFLATPROSP7. specifically the 9 channel mode.
Showtec Compact Par 60 COB RGBW

Thank you in advance!

Thank you Julien.

For the Showtec fixture in 11 channel mode, I can't find which faders correspond to channel 5 and 6 for fade options and fade speed.

For the Cameo, although almost all features work, I think it may be for the wrong model. There is no sound active mode channel 9.
Here is my exact model.

Thank you again, in advance.

chanel 5 of showtec is on the macro parameter and the chanel 6 is the first custom fader ( spd).
For the camedo i cannot find the manual of your fixture, can you send it to me this way i will be able to create it!

Hi Julien.

Thanks for your reply and for your help.

Channel 5 on the Showtec still doesn't seem to be represented on any of the faders, and until that works I can't tell if channel 6 is working on the 1st custom fader.

In 11 channel mode, there are only 10 usable faders.
I hope you don't mind, but I will list them here, and which ones work etc.

Red - works perfect
Green - works perfect
Blue - works perfect
Amber - No function
White - works perfect
Intens - works perfect
Shutter - works perfect
Colfix - Works perfect (channel 4 in the manual)
Custom 1 - No function
Custom 2 - From 0 to 50 no function. From 51 to 255 Activates a very very slow fade through the colours. This overrides RGBW faders and is not speed adjustable.

Regarding the Cameo.
Here is a link to the original manual.
https://www.session.de/out/media/manuals/Cameo_FLAT_PRO_SPOTIX_7_7_30_W_COB_LED_Spot-Manual.pdf

However, Cameo have since changed the DMX address table to include a 9 channel mode.
This is the only mode that I require Cuety to operate.
I have attached a PDF of it for you.

Thank you again for all your help.  :)

Hi Julien,

Thank you for the new file.
The Showtec fixture now works perfect. :D

However I still have no "Sound" function (Channel 9) for the Cameo.
Here is the list of faders and what works on each
Red - works perfect (CH3)
Green - works perfect (CH4)
Blue - works perfect (CH5)
Amber - No function
White - No function
Intens - works perfect (CH1)
Shutter - works perfect (CH2)
Colfix - Works perfect (CH6)
Custom 1 - Works perfect (CH7)
Custom 2 - Works perfect (CH8)

I am sorry for troubling you and thank you for your help.

as cuety propose only 2 custom faders i put the macro and speed on those, if you really need sound detection mode i can switc one of those faders to sound mode or put sound mode on a free fader...

Hi Julien,

Yes, that would be great.
I don't mind which faders the functions are on, as long as they are all there.
Could you put Sound Mode on a free fader please.

Thank you

I'm afraid Sound Detection mode is still not working.
The only affect the Zoom fader has is to pause the lights if a pattern is running on ch8.
I think we'll have to leave it. I can't wait any longer.
I want to use the lights this weekend so I have to start setting up cues.

Thank you for your help this far.

i am sorry, but i just realized that in the last manual you gave me there is no dmx charts for 9ch mode... SO i think you are not using the right mode, or the right fixture or the right manual....
SO for now i cannot see how i can help you more :(

Hi Julien,

I'm sorry, but there must be some confusion.
In my post from February 19th, I had explained that the original manual didn't include 9ch mode, but that Cameo had since changed the DMX address table. I attached a PDF of 9ch mode for you to work from.
All this information came in the box with my fixture, so I know that it's correct.
The new DMX address table includes the following modes:
2-CH, 3-CH, 3-CH2, 9-CH and 27-CH, but it is only 9ch that I need.
I have attached that PDF again, just in case there is still a fix for my problem.

Thanks again for your help. If we can't solve it I will work with what I have.
