Cuety is not shwon in the network

I can´t find my Cuety in the wifi-network. Cuety is connected with my router by LAN. I tried different LAN-Cabels. All other divices are shown in the client list of the router. The LED of Cuety stays red and doesn´t blink or change the colour into white. I pushed the reset button for 3sec or longer and nothing changed.

I would be happy if someone help me.  Thanks

I am sorry for the delayed response. It looks like the LPU is having some issue you cannot resolve your self. It probably needs to be returned and fixed by us.
