Hi again, there, world.
I have an installation where we want to use 4 GPI buttons to trigger tracks.
I´d like the customer to be able to cycle through different tracks on different buttons.
Wondering how to set it up for the following functionality:

Press button 1: All other tracks/playbacks stop, Go Playback1 Track1.
Press again: Go Playback1 Track2.
Press again: Go Playback1 Track3 etc.

Press button 2: All other tracks/playbacks stop, Go Playback2 Track1.
Press again: Go Playback2 Track2.
Press again: Go Playback2 Track3 etc.

Any pointers?

Best, pka

Hello Ljos,

There is a task Playback -> Transport -> Solo. This task does all of the following:
1. It stops all playbacks except for the playback in param 1.
2. It goes to the next cue of the playback.
3. Is starts the playback in param 1 if it was released.

To use this task you will have to do a few things in show control.
1. Create an action in the GPI action list.
2. Set the trigger value to the pin (button) you want to use.
3. Set the trigger flank to Down.
4. Add a playback task.
5. Set the feature to Transport.
6. Set the function to Solo.
7. Set param 1 to the playback you want to control.
8. Repeat for other buttons.

You will have to set the GPI to Digital on the settings page.

Best regards,
Guido
