How upload personality files with iTunes 12.7?

iTunes 12.7 does no longer have the App option, how do I upload personality files now?

I copied the (attached) user-file to the LPU-1, but the fixtures don't show up when I want to patch them in Cuety. Any idea what is going wrong? Is the user.personality file maybe corrupt? Anything else that can go wrong?

I'm afraid the fixtures still don't show up in Cuety, not in the beginning (see attach), nor in the D-series (DJ_D as manufacturer), nor at the end.
