We use 2 iPads for our shows one as a back up. The main iPad showed the most recent saved show but the back up iPad had show file of an earlier date. All of the sudden show file shows up on main iPad but not the back up. When I open the show on the main iPad every scene I had programmed and saved disappeared. All the patches are still programmed but no scenes. When I open the back up ipad there is still no show file. I did a power reset cycle twice and also closed and opened Cuety and am still having the same issues. Any help on how to recover the scenes.

Hello @Eman79,

I am sorry to hear about your trouble. You could send us the show files you have to check whats going on but, it sounds like someone deleted or overwritten the showfile.

Greetings,

Michael.

Thank you for your reply. First how do I send you a show file? Second I had both iPads in front of me when I opened the back up iPad. I noticed the back up iPad did not have the show files I opened the main iPad and that's when I noticed all the scenes were blank. Is there any way of retrieving the scenes that were saved?

Hello @ Eman79,

Did you create a backup showfile, or was the show just loaded on the backup iPad?

Greetings,

Michael.

I did not have a back up file. The show file that was being used was on the main iPad and at the end of the night I opened the back up iPad app and all the scenes were there so I checked to see if the show file had updated to the most recent saved file and there was no show file. I then checked the main iPad and everything was was there, patches and scenes. I then looked at the show file on the main iPad then switched back to the scenes and saw every scene that was saved was no longer there. I then looked at the back up iPad and still no show file. I then closed both iPad apps and did a power reset on the router and the LPU waited 30 seconds and reopened both iPad apps and still nothing on the back up iPad and just the patches showed up on the main iPad. I did see that the file size was 2kb. How do I make a back up file and also send you a file to look at? Could the router have caused this issue? Thanks for you help in this issue.
