Cuety goes crazy

Hello,

Last night my show worked on it own.
The LPU1 device didn't respons anymore on the app and got some of my lights flickering and so on.

We had to cut the power, restart the cuety this way, to get control back..
! use terminators, DMX cables etc.

Is cuety sensitive for power adapters of the lights of the christmas decoration?
(or other power adapters in the same power outlet? (In-ear sets, guitar pedals  etc)

What can I do, it happend 3 times, last night during the show...

Cuety isn't sensitive to power adapters or other kinds of equipment. Unfortunately we never heard of a similar issue before. I am sending you a PM to discuss a way to proceed.
