When using the DMX Output RS-232 with an USB-to-serial converter, it may happen that VisualDMX does not detect your box.

- If your USB-to-serial converter has a COM-port higher than COM9 assigned by Windows, VisualDMX won't detect the box. Please change it to a COM-port within the range of COM1 to COM9. You can change this setting in Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Ports (COM & LPT).
- Always connect the RS-232 cable first, then connect the power supply.
