We ran into an issue when using Cuety with our Chauvet R2 Spots. The second gobo wheel was missing from the personality and and the supposed channel couldn't be adjusted. The rest of the profile seemed to be funcitoning correctly.  Here's DMX assignment.

Hello @dball,

The first gobo for the Chauvet R2 Spots is on the Gobo fader and the second on the Rotation.

I hope this helps you!  :)

I can see in the builder that the channels for the 2 Gobo wheels are mapped along with the rotation on 3 different channels. When I access the fixture via the programmer adjusting the rotation slider doesn't affect the the beam. To be clear I can access the first set of factory gobos. I can't access the second set of gobos which are user replaceable.

hi,
the thing is that fixture use 2 color wheel and 2 gobo wheel, that's the double than what cuety can usually manage, that's why you have a problem!
So i updated a little bite the personality file to let you acces the seconds color and gobo wheel from the 2 custom faders.
I hoppe this will be ok for you,
Enjoy ;)

Hi, i have the same problem with my Showtec Phantom 130. Can you help me with the workaround? Also the factory presets cannot be accessed inside Cuety. Sorry for intruding inside this message but i'm getting quite nervous for a job i have this friday.

cheers

Hello @Robrolefes,

I have made a custom version of Phantom 130 spot for you, I have place the gobo indexing and rotation on the second custom fader and the second gobo wheel on the frost fader.

I hope helps you.

Aaah yes, this is helping a lot! Is there a way for me to finetune this personality? Is it true that i can not do in vBuilder what you did for me with this custom personality?
There is still something wrong in the positioner, which is very easy to fix. Channels are mixed up. It should be Pan (ch1) Tilt (ch2) Pan LSB (ch3) Tilt LSB (ch4). (Right now it is Pan, Pan LSB, Tilt, Tilt LSB which makes it go LSD  :P)

Thanks!

Hello @Robrolefes,

Yes of course you can do it by your self, just download the vBuilder from our website, and add the custom file I have attached to your /Visual Productions/Common/Personalities/User folder. When you run the editor ti will appear in the list of user manufacturers and then you can edit it your self.
Once you are done making changes just save, and export to Cuety (You will see the button). Afterwards copy the user.personality file generated by the builder, located at /Visual Productions/vBuilder/ to your device and then restart the app.

Greetings,

Michael.

Fully funtional!  (except the sound controlled programmes, but I believe this is not possible) Very happy! I've sent the latest file. I only changed the positioner channels so this would work normally. Thanks again!
