CueCore 1 - Multiple PC

I'm working with a new club which has an old version of CueLuxPro running, I've updated a version on my laptop so I can program shows when I'm not at the club and just take over.

However, when I connect the CueCore 1 to my laptop, I'm unable to select it within the software as it does not show up & cannot directly gain access via the direct IP address of the unit.

Is the Core unit only usable on that one PC within the club? I would have assumed the hardware would just work with any software it's plugged into since you've already made the purchase. Similar to Serato with hardware controllers.

The CueCore can only be controlled by one CueluxPro, if both the Clubs Cueluxpro and yours are running at the same time, then the one that mastered it first will be the one using it.

I've disconnected the core from the Club PC and have the Ethernet going into my laptop only.

Have restarted the CueCore.

Issue remains.

When you navigate to the CueCores webinterface, is the Master indicator in the status bar on?

Can you see the CueCore in the device list?
