Cuety firmware update is stuck on 13% for one hour. what to do now?

Is it stuck on uploading? If so, press F5 and start over.

Thanx, I tried that. now uploading stops at 95%, I stopped and restarted several times but uploading stops at 95% every time.
Cuety is visible in app but ip address is orange, firmware and hardware nr is 0.0. patch and playback are empty.
In V manager settings are still the same. Browse to Cuety I can see all settings and patch and playback are still there luckily.
What can I try next? I'm afraid to loose all programming, I didn't make a backup.

Hi,

You can try to make a backup first in vManager.
Try a power cycle and update again.

From which firmware version to which firmware version are you updating?
