i download the file. when I want to enter the file i didn't see the fixture file in the patchlist. can you help me?

i can see 2 solutions to your problem:
1- you are using cuety but this file is done for cuelux end cuelux pro...
2- you are not looking in the [user] stairville at the top of the maufacturer list.

Do you have a file for the cuety software?

Please find the cuety version of the file included. The 14ch and 28ch modes are not supported by cuety.
