I have a Denon X1800 connected via Midi 5pin to the "Midi" connection slot (this middle on - however I have also tired Midi In for the same results) on the CueCue1. The CueLux software doesn't seem to pick up the Midi clock when I switch to Midi instead of Manual tempo.

The X1800 has Midi send enabled and I've checked in the mixer's utility options that the Midi Out is set to send for that interface.
If I connect these via USB I can correctly pick up the correct Midi clock tempo.

Any suggestions or assistance greatly appreciated.

Hello UK_DJ,

To use MIdi from a CueCore1 in CueluxPro you have to do the following:
1. Master the CueCore1 with CueluxPro.
        1.1. Open the Patch screen.
        1.2. Open the Universe screen.
1.3. Set the outlet of a universe to a port on the CueCore1.
        1.4. Set Master to Yes.
2. Enable midi input in CueluxPro
        2.1. Open the Options screen.
        2.2. Open the Communication screen.
2.3. Set the midi input device 1 to the ip address of the CueCore1.
2.4. If there is a midi map for your device select it.
If there is no midi map for your device you can either make one yourself or use actions.
3. Add actions for received messages. (Only required if you do not have a midi map for your device.)
        3.1. Open the Memories screen.
        3.2. Open the Action screen.
3.3. Add a MIDI action list.
3.4. Add a action to the midi action list.
        3.5. Click edit.
3.6. Set the trigger to midi message you want to use. (You can use learn and press the button on your midi device to learn the button.)
3.7. Set a flank if this applies to this message.
3.8. Add a task. Which task you add depends on what you want to do when the messages is received.
3.9. Repeat step 3.3 trough 3.9 until all buttons, faders, knobs, etc... work they way you want.

I hope this helps you. If you have any more questions please ask.

Best regards,
Guido
