Hi,
have been using Cuelux pro on a Microsoft Surface. Everything worked great.
Updated Windows, now the program won´t start. Just end up with a black screen.
I already have restored the computer and reinstalled Windows 10 pro.
Any ideas?

Hi Daniel,

We need a bit more information from you to solve the issue.
Have you tried installing the vManager, and does this work?
Please try the vManager for windows 7+8, and let me know if that works or gives a black screen as well.

Next thing you could try, is moving the folder where CueluxPro saves configurations. It's located in your user folder, in the Visual Productions folder.

Hi Bootsy,
thanks for the quick reply.Installed vManager 7+8 - just a black window when it tries to start.

Moved the cueluxpro folder - upon restart of cueluxpro the computer recreated that folder but still a black screen

Hi Daniel,

I've sent you an email, containing a different version of vManager and CueluxPro you can try.
Please let us know if one of them works, this will help us find out what the issue is.

Hi Csaba,

I'm afraid we haven't found a solution yet. Is it possible to send me the customers computer details? Version of Windows, Brand/model in case of laptop or CPU/GPU in case of a pc.
The more info we can get, the sooner we can find a solution...

Hello Bootsy,

The computer is a DELL Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop, Intel Core I7, 2,8 GHz, 16 GB and Windows 10 Pro runs on it.

Same problem with thinkpad P51. Sittiing in a production and have now no controller ! Nice thing! no one in your office?

This is Cuelux 10397 and is a previous version that works.

here´s some more input on  the issue.

won´t run on a Lenovo Thinkpad E480, 8th gen i5, 8Gb, running win10 Enterprise, 64 bit. Graphics card Intel UHD Graphics 620.

What about a working (older) Cuelux pro version? The link you provided is the standard Cuelux.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll send you an email with a version of CueluxPro which should fix the black screen issue. If you could test this and let me know if it works, we can prepare a public release.

My laptop is also unable to run Cuelux Pro version 10438
After launching it stays on a black screen.

Laptop is:
CPU i7-7820HQ @2.9GHz
RAM 16GB @2400MHz
OS Windows 10 Pro 64

Can I also get a previous version?
