What is the use of shutter and strobe attributes on pars.
As icons 'as beam' on the screen they react to these attributes, but on the output, dmx monitor and visual 3d, dmx channels remain unchanged.
It should be possible in your software because rgb fixtures that have no shutter channel do react on the shutter attribute.

Hi Bart,

Did you patch the parcans to dimmerchannels? (Fixture Configuration, 4th icon with the patch-cable).

I shure have, otherwise they would not react at all.

In short:
If I take a generic dimmer, patch 4 generic pars to it, the icons on the screen react to shutter and strobe attributes, but the output, dmx monitor and visual 3d, do not.

Hi Bart,

Thanks for your post. I just tested it and it seems to be a "missing feature" ;)

It will be repaired ASAP.

As a work-around for now, you can program the strobe for the dimmer-sub corresponding with the parcans you want to strobe.

So,
shutter chases will run on pars, in combination with a dimmer value,
and when an action attributes a closed shutter over it, it will stop,
when this missing feature is fixed ?
