Hi,

I want to program an action (set a recorder to intensity) with a UDP message from an external message on the CueCore 1.

The Wireshark overview from a message is:
0000   01 00 5e 00 00 01 a0 1e 0b 0b 51 85 08 00 45 00   ..^... ...Q...E.
0010   00 32 0b 56 40 00 01 11 c6 57 c0 a8 01 64 e6 00   .2.V@...ÆWÀ¨.dæ.
0020   00 01 11 5d 11 5e 00 1e e6 d4 00 00 00 00 00 00   ...].^..æÔ......
0030   00 00 00 00 4c 13 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 01   ....L...........

Can you tell me what I have to program on the CUECORE1?

The player will send this message not specific to the player IP, but general.

Hi,

Have you tried the "Learn" option? You do have to set the right UDP port, as I see this Wireshark message is on 4446.

What device are you sending from? Is there anything that can be setup.

Greetings,
Bootsy

Yes i tried. Port is set correct. But the player will nit send a message direct to the cuecore ip, but to the whole network.

The learn option didn’t receive as long as i didn’t send specific to the cuecore1 ip.

Hi,

I'm afraid that if the learn function doesn't receive it, the rest of the CueCore doesn't either.
Have you checked the monitor page for the UDP message?

Bootsy

Can the CueCore1 set to listen to a multicast between 224.0.0.0 & 239.255.255.255

Hi,

I'm afraid it doesn't. The currently doesn't have the option to listen to a certain Multicast IP address, so the switch doesn't forward the UDP messages.

Greetings,
Bootsy
