Hi !

We are having trouble with the CueCore2.

We have 15 Cuecore2 installed in our project with the latest firmware.

It seems that there is some channel offset.

Exemple: 6 Par RGBW address starting at 001  everything is fine, I have control on each.

Same 6 Par RGBW starting address at 101, I got a channel offset, I need to patch the first fixture to 102 in my software to have control.

Looks that there is multiple channels that offset like this.

Everything looks ok when I check the art-net monitor and everything works  fine with another node or with a DMX tester.

Is that a common issue, do you have any fix for this  ?

Thanks,

Hi,

I haven't heard of this happening before actually.

Which software are you using to program the CueCore2's?
Can you attach a backup of the showfile you're using?

Greetings,
Bootsy
