A Cuety LPU-2 stops responding to App control and unable to ping IP address/view in VManager approximately every 5 minutes or so. Requires truning off/on again to regain control.

It is a closed network with the LPU-2 having a static IP address.

What may be causing this problem?
It is on an old firmware version, Is this an issue that is resolved in a later firmware update?

Hi,

Which firmware version are you on? There are of course some modifications to the network connection over time, but I am not sure that is the case with your LPU-2. You can upgrade the firmware using vManager, available from the app stores and our website.

Can you send me a copy of your showfile? Perhaps I can recreate it.

Hi,

I think that is the version of the Cuety app, can you check the firmware version of the LPU?
You can see this by going to the options page with your LPU connected.
