Hello there.
Please excuse the following probably dumb or RTFM questions, and fee free to quote the rtfm part.
But:
I want to put single parameters from single fixtures on direct faders.

Meaning:
Strobe 1:
Dimmer - fader 1
Rate - fader 2
Duration - fader 3

Strobe 2:
Dimmer - fader 4
Rate - fader 5
Duration - fader 6

Martin Viper:
Dimmer - fader 7

MDG hazers - fader 8

How do I do something as simple as that? I can add fixtures and do lots of stuff, I´m not completely lost, but I can´t really catch how to assign parameters to faders, directly.

Hi,

If I understand correctly, you can just set the function you want to 100% and record it to a fader using the Record button. Make sure you clear the programmer first, so you don't record anything else in there.
Next you can set the fader settings by double clicking the cuelist above the play button. Tip: You probably want something like Fader start set to ON.

Greetings,
Bootsy
